We reformulated our nerve cream. Here's the honest reason why.

Last year, we started noticing a pattern in our customer feedback.

Neuropura was working well for most people. But a smaller group kept telling us the same thing:

We took that seriously. So we brought in a formulation chemist to look at the original base. The diagnosis was blunt: the carrier blend was sitting on the surface of the skin. The actives (the Arnica Montana, the Magnesium Chloride) were all there at the right concentrations. But delivery was the bottleneck.

So we did what any brand that actually cares about results would do. We paused production and started over.

Six months later, we relaunched with a completely reworked formula. Same core actives. New delivery base built to carry them past the skin barrier, not just coat the surface.
