An older woman holding the guide on a tablet in her kitchen

5 stars!!! I was getting so frustrated because every website tells you the same thing. “Exercise. Eat healthy. Take care of your feet.” Okay but HOW??? This guide actually explains what to do. That was the difference for me 🙏

What I appreciated is that it doesn't pretend there's some magic cure. I've spent enough money chasing those. It gave me practical things to try and helped me figure out what seems to make my own symptoms better or worse. I feel much more in control now.

Neuropathy for 8 years here. Gabapentin, magnesium, vitamins, special socks, things from Amazon... you name it I've probably tried it 😂 What I needed wasn't another random thing. I needed somebody to put all the information together and explain what makes sense and what doesn't. That's what I liked about this.

IT’S FAIR TO HAVE QUESTIONS

You’ve tried a lot.
Let’s be clear.

What’s inside. Who it’s for.
And what it can realistically offer.

Is this a physical book or a digital download?

It is a 57-page PDF ebook in English. Save it to your phone, tablet or computer, or print the pages you want nearby. No physical book is shipped.

How will I receive it?

Your PDF download is sent to the email address you use at checkout. Keep it on your device or print a page for your bedside, you can return to it whenever you need it.

Is it relevant if my neuropathy isn’t caused by diabetes?

The guide is for adults living with peripheral neuropathy from different causes, including chemotherapy-related neuropathy and neuropathy with an unknown cause. If you have persistent nerve symptoms after knee surgery, its coping and appointment-preparation pages may also be useful to discuss with your clinician. It is not a surgical rehabilitation programme. The most direct evidence is for diabetic neuropathy, so ask your care team which tools fit your situation and follow any movement restrictions after surgery.

I’ve tried so much already. What can a book really offer?

A clear place to start when you’re tired of searching. You get flare plans, sleep routines, a symptom word bank and printable trackers together in one guide. These tools focus on coping with the tension, worry and disruption around pain. The ebook does not repair nerves, cure neuropathy or promise that pain will stop. Open the sample pages above to see whether its approach feels useful to you.

Can I use it alongside my prescribed treatment?

Yes. The guide is intended to support your medical care. It does not ask you to stop, reduce or replace prescribed medication. Bring questions about symptoms or side effects to your healthcare professional; after surgery or during cancer treatment, check which activities are appropriate for you.

Do I need to buy anything else?

No. This is a standalone digital guide in English, available as a one-time purchase. Your local price is shown on this page and confirmed at checkout. You do not need another Neuropura product or a subscription. A PDF reader lets you read it on your device; printing is optional.
